| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗病毒胶囊对复发性生殖器疱疹的作用机理。方法Hartly豚鼠制作复发性豚鼠生殖器疱疹模型,进行荧光定量PCR检测LATs拷贝量,比较组间差异。结果在LATs拷贝量方面,中药组和西药组同生理盐水组相比差异均有统计学意义,中药组LATs拷贝量较西药组低,但差异无统计学意义。结论中药抗病毒胶囊可以减少LATs拷贝量,这对于降低其复发率有重要意义。 |

The Affect of Chinese Medicine Antivirus Capsule on LAT of Guinea Pig Infected with HSV-2 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic mechanism of the antivirus capsule against recurred genital herpes (RGH) by LAT Methods The model of female guinea-pig recurred genital herpes (RGH) was made,we observed the quantity of LAT of the model tissues of dorsal ganglion through fluorescent-quantitative PCR.Results TCM Anti-virus capsule and ACV could re- duced quantity of LAT in spinal cord.Results were markedly diffrence than those in control group,but the quantity of Chinese med- icine group was lower than that of ACV group.Conclusion Antivirus capsule can reduce quantity of LAT.so the result have more important effect on GH recurred |
