应用乙胺碘呋酮联合纠颤复律汤治疗房颤的临床观察

目的：探讨临床应用乙胺碘呋酮联合纠颤复律汤治疗房颤患者的临床效果.方法：选取符合纳入标准的房颤患者124例,依据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组各62例,对照组仅接受乙胺碘呋酮药物,观察组在对照组基础上加用纠颤复律汤,比较两细患者的临床治疗效果,并进行分析.结果：治疗结束后,观察组患者的左房内径、左室舒张末期直径、中医证候评分以及生活质量评分方面均显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.9％,显著高于对照组75.8％,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：对房颤患者开展乙胺碘呋酮联合纠颤复律汤的综合治疗,可有效纠正各种临床症状,显著增加临床治疗效果,具有确切的应用价值.

Clinical Observation of Amiodarone and Jiuchan Fulv Decoction in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of amiodarone and Jiuchan Fulv decoction in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods：Our hospital treated 124 cases of atrial fibrillation patients form March 2012 to March 2014.Randomly divide them into a control group with 62 cases and an observation group with 62 cases.The control group was with amiodarone,and the observation group used Jiuchan Fulv decoction with western medicine.Results：After treatment,the patients＇left atrial diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,TCM symptom scores and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The total effective rate was 91.9％ in the observation group,which was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Amiodarone and Jiuchan Fulv decoction in the treatment of atrial fibrillation have an exactly clinical value.
