| 摘 要： | 研究HIV/AIDS动物适宜模型的建立及近年来中医药治疗HIV/AIDS在动物实验研究方面的进展,结合中药治疗艾滋病临床实践,HIV/AIDS的病种特性,中医基本理论特色,探讨中医药治疗HIV/AIDS动物模型建立及药效筛选研究的可行性和挑战,为开发治疗艾滋病中药新药的实验研究提供思路和尝试。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the establishment of applicable models of HIV /AIDS animals and development of TCM treatment on experimental research on HIV /AIDS animals in recent years.According to the clinical practice of TCM with AIDS,disease characteristics of HIV /AIDS,the characteristics of TCM basic theory,we could discuss the feasibility and challenges on the establishment of models of HIV /AIDS animals treated by TCM and the analysis on pharmacodynamic screening,thus providing ideas and attempt for the development of experimental research on TCM new drugs in treating AIDS. |
