帕米膦酸二钠（博宁）治疗癌症骨痛的疗效观察

目的观察帕米膦酸二钠（博宁）对癌症骨痛的临床疗效。方法２０例晚期恶性肿瘤骨痛患者静脉点滴博宁９０ｍｇ一次，部分病例合并化疗（ｎ＝７）或内照射治疗（ｎ＝７）。结果博宁对骨痛的总有效率为８５．０％（１７／２０），合并化疗、１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ治疗和单纯博宁治疗的有效率分别为１００％、８５．７％和６６．７％，无明显毒副作用。结论博宁能有效地缓解癌症骨痛和活动功能障碍，提高患者的生活质量，其与化疗、１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ内照射治疗联用，疗效更好。

Clinical observation of efficacy of pamidronate (Bonin) in treatment of bone pain in cancer patients

Objective\ To observe the clinical efficacy of pamidronate (Bonin) in treatment of bone pain in cancer patients.Methods The study was conducted in 20 diagnosed cancer patients with bone metastasis which were administered a single 90 mg dose of Bonin intravenously. Forteen of them were combined with either chemotherapy (n=7) or internal radiation with 153 Sm EDTMP(n=7).Results A total effective rate of 85.0%(17/20)were achieved after treatment.The effective rates of combining with chemotherapy of 153 Sm EDTMP were 100.0% and 85.7% respectively,higher than that (66.7%) of only receiving Bonin.No remarkable side effects were seen.Conclusion Bonin is effective for relieving pain,improving immobility and the quality of life in advanced cancer patients.Its effects will be better if Bonin were combined with chemotherapy or internal radiation.
