| 摘 要： | 目的：观察痛经舒口服液治疗痛经的作用及作用机制。方法：采用缩宫素所致的大鼠类痛经模型，观察痛经舒口服液对痛经大鼠血液流变学的影响。观察痛经舒口服液对缩宫素所致的痉挛状态的子宫平滑肌中前列腺素F2a（PGF2a）含量。结果：痛经舒口服液可改善痛经大鼠血液流变性，降低全血粘度值及红细胞聚集指数。离体实验结果显示痛经舒口服液显著抵制了雌性大鼠子宫平滑肌的自发活动及缩宫素引起的痉挛收缩，使子宫平滑肌前列腺素F2a含量下降。结论：痛经舒口服液具有抗痛之功效，对大鼠原发性痛经有保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongjingshu oral liquid on anti-dysmenorrhea and its mechanism.Method:The effect of Tongjingshu oral liquid on hemorheology of dysmenorrhea rates was observed by adopting the rats model of oxytocin-induced dysmenorrheal.The contents of prostaglandin F_2a in uterine smooth muscle in the state of spasticity induced by Tongjingshu oral liquid was examined.Results:Tongjingshu oral liquid can improve rat blood rheology and decrease the value of whole blood viscosity as well... |
