| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨MRI对ACL损伤的诊断准确率及其对临床治疗的指导意义.材料与方法：回顾性分析80例临床诊断为ACL损伤的患者行关节镜术前的MRI检查资料,依关节镜诊断为金标准,将MRI诊断结果与关节镜诊断进行对比.结果：MRI诊断ACL损伤的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为97.1％,93.3％和95.0％.MRI和关节镜对ACL损伤具有极好的诊断一致性,Kappa值为0.90.结论：MRI对ACL损伤的诊断具有较高的准确度,对临床治疗方案的选择具有重要指导意义.

| Abstract: | Purpose： To explore the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of anterior eruciate ligament （ACL） injury and discuss its impact on clinical practice. Materials and Methods： MRI was performed in 80 patients clinically diagnosis as ACL injury before arthroscopy, according to the result of arthroscopy as golden standard, the results of MRI and arthroscopic diagnosis were compared. Results： The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI for ACL injury were 97. 1% , 93.3% and 95.0% , MRI showed excellent Kappa agreements （0. 90） for ACL injuriy with the results of arthroscopy. Conclusion： MRI shows a high accuracy in the diagnosis of ACL injury and has important guiding significance to the clinical treatment options. |
