2012年和2010年宁波市企业退休职工体检结果分析

目的：分析比较2012年和2010年宁波市企业退休职工体检结果，了解企业退休职工健康状况。方法结合性别、年龄分析2012年体检的5475名企业退休人员体检数据，并与2010年体检结果进行比较。结果共有5332名对象（97．39％）检出疾病或异常，人均患病（异常）为7．27种。检出疾病前8位为白内障（检出率63．14％）、血脂异常（58．21％）、咽炎（57．35％）、心电图异常（39．60％）、高血压（37．32％）、鼻炎（26．03％）、肝囊肿（21．70％）和脂肪肝（20．75％）。前4种及鼻炎、肝囊肿、尿路感染、肾囊肿、妇科疾病检出率明显高于2010年，脂肪肝及肾结石低于2010年。血脂异常、咽炎、鼻炎和尿路感染女性检出率高于男性，心电图异常、高血压、肝囊肿、糖尿病、肾囊肿、血糖受损和肾结石男性高于女性。随年龄增长检出率升高的疾病有白内障、心电图异常、高血压、肝囊肿、肾囊肿、糖尿病、血糖受损和胆结石，其中肝囊肿主要在男性中有增加趋势，糖尿病主要在女性中有增加趋势；血脂异常在女性中有随年龄增加趋势。咽炎、尿路感染和妇科疾病有随年龄增长降低趋势。结论宁波市企业退休职工绝大多数存在较多健康问题，多数疾病检出率较2010年有上升，需要加强针对性的健康管理和干预。

Comparison of health physical examination results of enterprise retirees in Ningbo in 2012 with those in 2010

Objective To explore the health status of retirees in Ningbo by comparing the health physical examination results in 2012 with those in 2010 .Methods Based on the physical examination data of enterprise retirees in 2012 , we analyzed the health status according to gender and age, and compared the results with those in 2010.Results Total 5 332 retirees （97.39%） were checked out with diseases or abnormal, per capita 7.27 diseases or abnormal.The leading eight diseases were cataract （rate 63.14%）, dyslipidemia （58.21%）, pharyngitis （57.35%）, electrocardiographic abnormality （39.60%）, hy-pertension （37.32%）, rhinitis （26.03%）, hepatic cyst（21.70%）, fatty liver（20.75%）.The rates of front four and rhinitis, hepatic cyst, urinary tract infection, renal cyst, gynecological disease were higher than those in 2010, the rates of fatty liver and renal calculus were lower than those in 2010.The rates of dyslipidemia, pharyngitis, rhinitis, urinary tract infection in women were significantly higher than those of men.The rates of electrocardiographic abnormality, hypertension, hepatic cyst, diabetes, renal cyst, impaired fasting glucose, renal calculus in men were significantly higher than those of women.The rates of cataract and pharyngitis and electrocardiographic abnormality and hypertension and hepatic cyst and renal cyst and diabetes and impaired fasting glucose and gall stone rose with age rising.The rising trend of hepatic cyst was mainly in men, the rising trend of diabetes and impaired fasting glucose was mainly in women.The rate of pharyngitis and urinary tract infection and gynecological disease decreased with age rising.The rate of dyslipidemia rose with age rising in women.Conclusion There are many health problems in most enterprise retirees in Ningbo city, so targeted health control and intervention should be strengthened .
