血浆脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白水平与急性脑梗死的关系

摘    要:
目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)的水平及其与相关危险因素的关系.方法 测定81例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)及20名健康者(对照组)的A-FABP水平,分析其与高血压、高血脂、高血糖等危险因素的关系.根据其伴有的危险因素数目的 多少,将脑梗死组患者分为4个亚组:单纯脑梗死(A)、脑梗死伴1个危险因素(B)、脑梗死伴2个危险因素(C)、脑梗死伴3个或3个以上危险因素(D)亚组,分析A-FABP与相关危险因素的关系.结果 脑梗死组与对照组间空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白的差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05),而脑梗死组的年龄、收缩压、舒张压、体质指数、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、A-FABP均显著高于对照组(P值分别<0.05、0.01).A、B、C、D亚组的血浆A-FABP水平分别为(15.99±1.72)、(13.83±5.12)、(25.04±3.10)、(34.84±7.15)ng/mL,除A亚组与B亚组间的差异无统计学意义外(P0.05),其他各亚组间的差异均有统计学意义(P值分别<0.05、0.01).结论 脑梗死患者的血浆A-FABP水平明显高于健康者,随着危险因素的增多,脑梗死患者的A-FABP水平升高.
