大鼠心肌环核苷酸系统的增龄变化

摘    要:
测定不同月龄大鼠心室肌中cAMP、cGMP和钙调素(CaM)含量,及腺苷酸环化酶(AC)基础活性、AC肾上腺素激活活性、cAMP磷酸二酯酶(cAMP-PDE)活性。结果:cAMP、AC基础活性和AC肾上腺素激活活性随大鼠月龄增长而明显降低,cAMP/cGMP比值和CaM含量24月龄鼠明显低于10月龄鼠,cGMP含量10月龄鼠明显低于2月龄鼠,cAMP-PDE活性10月龄鼠明显高于2月龄鼠。提示心肌环核苷酸系统随大鼠月龄的增加而变化。

Abstract:
The levels of cAMP, cGMP and calmodulin (CaM), and the activities of basal adenylate cyclase, epinephrine-stimulated adenylate cyclase and cAMP phosphodiesterase (cAMP- PDE ) in the myocardium of Wistar rats aged 2, 10 and 24 months were measured. The results showed that the level of cAMP and the activities of basal adenylate cyclase and epinephrine-stimulated adenylate cyclase were decreased significantly with aging. The ratio of cAMP/cGMP and the level of CaM were decreased in rats aged 24 months in com-parison with rats aged 10 months. In rats aged 10 months the level of cGMP was markedly lower and the activity of cAMP-PDE higher than in rata aged 2 months respectively. These results suggest that there were some changes of cyclic nucleotide system in myocardium with aging.
