| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨矽肺的X线表现。材料与方法：对已诊断的2894例矽肺病例的X线表现进行回顾性分析。结果：2894例矽肺主要X线表现为：全部病例均有圆形阴影,小阴影聚集846例,大阴影356例,肺门影增大668例,肺门淋巴结蛋壳样钙化267例,肺气肿704例,网状阴影721例,矽肺并发肺结核356例。结论：X线胸片是诊断矽肺的基础,对矽肺诊断具有重要意义。
