胎儿输卵管上皮细胞线粒体的体视学研究

摘    要:
为了探讨线粒体在胎儿输卵管上皮细胞发育中的变化特征,应用体视学方法检测了胎龄16~36周胎儿输卵管上皮细胞线粒体的体密度、数密度、平均体积、表面积密度、表面积体积比、平均表面积。结果显示,胎龄20周前,峡部上皮细胞线粒体的体密度与30周后的近似(P>005),即大于20~29周的(P<005),20周前峡部线粒体平均体积和平均表面积均较大,而30周后数密度和表面积密度较大。壶腹部上皮细胞线粒体体密度、平均体积、数密度在30周前不同孕期间较接近(P>005),30周后出现明显改变。伞部线粒体体密度、数密度在20~29周期间增大(P<005)。峡部和壶腹部线粒体体密度分别在20周前及30周前较大,伞部线粒体体密度仅在20~29周较大,上述结果表明线粒体占上皮细胞体积之比因部位和孕期而异,提示胎儿输卵管上皮细胞发育的部位差异和阶段性

Stereological study on mitochondria in epithelial cells of fetal fallopian tube

Abstract:
In order to elucidate the features of mitochondria in fetal fallopian tube 6 parameters of mitochondria in epithelial cells of fetal fallopian tube, from the 16th gestational week to the 36th gestational week were detected with stereological methods. The results showed that the volume density of mitochondria in isthemus before the 20th gestational week was similar to that after the 30th gestational week (P>0.05) but was larger than that from the 20th gestational week to the 29th week (P<0.05) The average volume and the average surface area were both bigger before the 20th gestational week and so were the numerical density and the surface density after the 30th gestational week. In ampulla the volume density, the average volume and the numerical density in different gestational groups were respectively similar before the 30th gestational week (P>0.05) and obvious varations appeared after the 30th gestational week. In fimbrium, the volume density and the numerical density respectively increased from the 20th gestational week to the 29th were (P<0.05). The volume density of mitochondria in isthmus was bigger before the 20th gestational week and it was always big from the 16th week to the 29th week in ampulla and then it was only bigger from the 20th to the 29th gestational week in fimbium. These results indicate that the volume of mitochondria varies according to the different parts and gesational week, and the position speciality and stage property seem to apear in the process of the development of epithelial cells in fetal fallopian tube.
