摘    要:
肿瘤是一种由多种致癌基因功能的获得,抑癌基因功能的丢失以及环境因素共同决定的复杂疾病。肿瘤细胞的表型异质性、细胞生物学背景以及肿瘤微环境是决定肿瘤发展过程的关键因素。体外三维细胞培养(three-dimensional cell culture,3DCC)可以更好地模拟真实的肿瘤细胞微环境,对探索肿瘤的发生、侵袭以及转移的分子机制起到了决定性作用。本文将结合近年来相关文献,对3DCC的建立方法及其在恶性肿瘤中的应用进展作一综述。

Abstract:
Tumor is a complex disease which is involved in a variety of oncogene activation, tumor suppressor gene deactivation and environmental factors. Phenotypic heterogeneity, biological context and microenvironment of tumor cells are the key factors to determine the development of tumor. Three-dimensional cell culture (3DCC) mimics the microenvironment of native tumor tissue and plays an important role in exploring the molecular mechanism of tumor initiation, invasion and metastasis. This review summarized the establishment methods of 3DCC and its application advances in malignant tumor research.
