| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对子宫内膜癌术后病人癌因性疲乏的影响.方法 将36例子宫内膜癌术后患者随机分为常规组和干预组,常规组给予常规的一般护理及健康教育指导,干预组给予系统的护理干预,比较两组患者疲乏程度和生活质量.结果 干预组较常规组疲乏症状明显改善,总体生活质量显著高于常规组.结论 通过护理干预可以明显改善子宫内膜癌患者的癌因性疲乏. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing intervention on endometrial carcinoma after operation because of the influence of fatigue in cancer patients. METHODS 36 cases of endometrial carcinoma after operation were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, nursing and health education were given to guide the conventional control group, the intervention group was given systematic nursing intervention, compared 2 groups of patients with fatigue and quality of life. RESULTS The intervention group than that in the conventional group fatigue symptoms were significantly improved, the overall quality of life was significantly higher than normal group. CONCLUSION The nursing intervention can improve patients with endometrial cancer related fatigue. |
