农村社区老年糖尿病患者营养干预效果评价

目的 了解农村社区老年糖尿病患者自我管理情况,评价运用计算机软件进行营养干预的可行性及其效果.方法 将60～75岁的2型糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行强化教育和《营养之星专家系统》软件管理,对照组进行常规的慢性病管理,为期1年,对管理效果进行评估.结果 干预后,两组患者的空腹静脉血糖均无明显下降（P＞0.05）,两组的糖化血红蛋白及餐后2小时血糖值均明显下降（P＜0.05）,其中干预组的餐后2小时血糖下降得比对照组多（P＜0.05）,干预组和对照组在糖化血红蛋白的下降效果上无差异（P＞0.1）.结论 （1）对糖尿病患者进行教育和管理可有效降低其糖化血红蛋白及餐后2小时血糖值.（2）营养干预可有效控制餐后高血糖.（3）短期的强化教育效果一般,需结合长期及进一步探讨.

Effect Evaluation of Nutritional Intervention in Elderly Diabetic Patients in Rural Communities

OBJECTIVE Understanding of elderly patients with diabetes self-management of rural communities to evaluate the feasibility of using computer software to nutritional intervention and its effect. METHOD The patients with type 2 diabetes（60-75years old） were divided into intervention group and control group, the intervention group for intensive education and nutrition expert system software management, routine chronic disease management group for a period of 1 year, evaluate the effectiveness of management. RESULTS Following the intervention of fasting venous plasma glucose in both groups were not significant decreased（P〉0.05）, two groups of glycated hemoglobin and 2 hours after meal glucose values were significantly lower（P〈0.05）, Intervention group and a control group of glycated hemoglobin decline in effect no difference（P〉0.1）. CONCLUSIONS （1） Diabetes education and management could effectively reduce their glycosylated hemoglobin and glucose 2 hours after a meal. （2） Nutritional intervention could effectively control high blood sugar after meals. （3） The effect of short-term intensive education in General, should be combined with long-term effect of further exploration.
