78例老年性白内障合并梅毒患者的临床流行病学分析

目的 探讨老年白内障合并梅毒患者的临床及流行病学特点.方法 对78例老年白内障合并梅毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 78例老年白内障合并梅毒患者中,一期梅毒2例（2.56％）,二期梅毒6例（7.69％）,其余70例（89.74％）患者均为隐性梅毒患者.78例患者男女比例为1.79∶1.结论 隐性梅毒病例在老年白内障合并梅毒患者中所占病例很高;对老年白内障患者进行梅毒血清学筛查,发现病例及时采取适当的措施,对防治梅毒的传播具有重要的意义.

Clinical Analysis on 78 Cases of Senile Cataract Patientswith Syphilisin

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of elderly patients with cataract complicated with syphilis. METHODS The clinical data of 78 cases of elderly patients with cataract complicated with syphilis were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS of 78 cases with senile cataract patients with syphilis in the male to female ratio was 1.79 ： 1 ; of which 70 cases of latent syphilis, the total number of syphilis accounting for 89.7%. CONCLUSION The recessive syphilis cases in elderly patients accounted for very high, Syphilis Serological Screening for elderly patients. It is significant to find the case promptly and take appropriate measures in time, to prevent the spread of syphilis.
