无环鸟苷对HSV-1角膜炎的治疗和预防复发作用分析

目的：研究分析无环鸟苷治疗HSV-1角膜炎的临床效果以及预防复发的作用。方法：选择2013年1月至2013年7月我院治疗的172例180眼HSV-1角膜炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组84例90眼采用El服法莫替丁治疗,20mg／次,2次,d,治疗6周为1个疗程。观察组88例90眼联用法莫替丁和无环鸟苷治疗,口服法莫替丁,20mg次,2次／d,并用0．1％无环鸟苷眼药水滴眼,5次／d,治疗6周为1个疗程,对比两组疗效并进行2个月的随访。结果：观察组总有效率为96．67％,对照组总有效率为91．11％,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）,随访2个月显示,观察组仅有2例2眼（2．22％）复发,对照组有4例5眼（5．56％）复发,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：无环鸟苷能够直接作用于患处,具有疗效显著、预防复发、使用安全、副作用少等优点。

Affect analysis of acycloguanosine on treatment and prevention for recurrence of HSV-1 keratitis patients

Objective： To analyse acycloguanosine on treatment and prevention for recurrence of HSV-1 keratitis patients. Methods： From Jan 2013 to July 2013 in our hospital, 180 eyes with HSV-1 keratitis of 172 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（90 eyes of 84 cases） and control group（88 eyes of 90 eases）. Control group were given oral famotidine treatment,20mg/time, 2 times/d, for 6 weeks for a course,and treatment group were given oral famotidine , 20mg/time, 2 times/d, and 0.1% acyelic guanosine eye drops, 5 times/d,for 6 weeks for a course in which the curative effect of two-month follow-up was observed and analysed. Results： Total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group,was 91.11% in the control group in which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After following up for two months ,there were 2（2.22%） cases in relapse of the control group, there were 4（5.56% ） cases in relapse of the treatment group in which the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acyeloguanosine can directly affected area, has a significant effect, prevent relapse,which is safety , fewer side effects and other advantages.
