| 摘 要： | 目的建立以RP-HPLC法测定福多司坦片中福多司坦含量的方法。方法采用C8反相柱,流动相为0·2%磷酸氢二钾溶液-乙腈(90∶10),调节pH值至4·5,检测波长210nm。结果福多司坦在50·35~805·6μg·ml-1的浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0·9998);本法的相对标准偏差RSD为0·54%,平均回收率为100·06%(n=9)。结论本法快速、准确,精密度良好,可用于福多司坦片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining Fudostein Tablets.Methods C8-ODS column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of 0.2% dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile(90∶10)and the detection wavelength was set at 210nm.Results The calibration curve was linear at a range of 50.35 ～805.6μg·ml~-1 for Fudostein(r=0.9998),the average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.06%(n=9)and 0.54% respectively.Conclusion This method was rapid,simple and acute.It can be used for the determination of Fudostein Tablets. |
