| 摘 要： | 对56例精神分裂症患者和42例正常对照组的血清过氧化脂质(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)和维生素E(VE)水平进行了测定,结果表明:LPO含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),GPX活性和VE含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01);LPO与病程呈正相关(γ=0.361,<0.01),GPX和VE与病程呈负相关(γ±-0.383～-0.403,P<0.01);LP0与GPX和VE呈负相关(γ=-0.378～-0.411,P<0.01)。结合文献,认为自由基代谢异常在本病的发病机制中具有一定作用。

| Abstract: | The concentrations of LPO, GPX and V-E in blood were determined for 56 schizophrenics and 42 normal controls. The results showed that the concentration of LPO of the patients was significantly higher than that of the controls (P<0.05) and the concentrations of GPX and V-E of the patients were obviously lower than that of the controls (P<0.01). The relationship between the concentration of LPO and the course of the disease appeared positive correlation (r= 0.361 P<0.01) but the relationship between the concentration of GPX or V-E and the course of the disease appeared negative correlation and so did the V-E (r= -0.378--0.411 P<0.01) . It was thought that abnormal of free radical metabolism was relative to pathogenic mechanism |
