癫痫发作与脑神经递质的关系

摘    要:
目的 观察脑内多种神经递质对癫痫发作的影响。方法 以癫痫患者和SD大鼠为实验对象,用脑功能检测的最新技术脑电超慢涨落图分析仪9Encephalofluctuogram Technolgy,ET)长时程采集脑电信号,提取在脑电中载有脑神经递质调节系统的震荡信息,分析癫痫发作时的脑神经递质的变化。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of neurotransmitters in brain on epileptic seizures. Method In epileptic children and SD rats induced by injection of Kainic acid into hippcampal area.The fluctuating information regulated by neurotransmitters in brain was abstracted from EEG,which reflects the levels of many transmitters in brain.In epilepsy seizures,the changes of neurotransmitters were analyzed with the latest analysis technology of brain function encephalofluctuogram technology,ET.Result In the epilepsy seizures in children,the S 1 spectral line(GABA) in encephalofluctuogram decreased,S 2 spectral line(Glu) increased,so S 1
