| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨激素替代治疗(HRT)前行双侧乳腺X线检查的重要意义。方法 对2001年5月至2003年4月妇科门诊要求HRT的268名患者行双侧乳腺X线片检查，并对其结果进行分析。结果 X线片显示268例中117例正常；良性乳腺疾病144例；6例患者恶性病变不能排除，活检确诊为良性肿块；1例为恶性肿瘤，自行用HRT4年。结论 HRT前行双乳X线检查十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the importance of mammography before hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Methods All 268 women with HRT had mammography. Their outcomes were analysed. Results One hundred and seventeen cases were normal and 144 cases demonstrated benign mammiplasia on the mammograms. Malignant disease couldn't be excluded in 6 patients by maniography. Six patients received biopsy later, and turned out to have benign masses. We found one breast cancer case, who had HRT for 4 years without doctor's examination and instruction. Conclusion It is important to have mammography before HRT. |
