渐进式留置尿道支架管治疗尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄

目的　探讨尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的原因,介绍一种新的治疗方法。方法 对1995～2003年62例尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用硅胶尿管裁剪成尿道支架,每月更换一次,在进行尿道扩张同时渐进式留置尿道支架管。结果 单纯尿道扩张15例,治愈3例(20%);渐进式留置尿道支架管35例,治愈29例(83%);行狭窄段尿道切开尿道成形术22例,治愈18例(82%)。结论 渐进式留置尿道支架管治疗尿道狭窄早期效果满意,术后6个月以上经尿道扩张 失败者则行狭窄段尿道切开尿道成形术。

Objective To investigate the cause of urethral strictures resulted form hypospadiasrepair, and introducing one kind of new method curing.Method 62 patients with urethal strictureresulted from hypospadias repair undertaken from 1995 to 2003 were reviewed, and adopt the silica gelurine pipe to cut out into the urethra support, and changed once in per month, and are being in progressthat the urethra is expanded at the same time the advancing gradually type keeps somewhere the urethrasupport pipe.Results the simple urethra is expanded 15 examples, and cures 3 examples( 20% ); 35examples urethra support pipes are kept somewhere to the advancing gradually type, and cure 29 examples( 83% ); Going narrow section of urethra incises urethra 22 examples arts taking shape, and cures 18examples ( 82% ).Conclustions urethra support pipe early stage narrow effect of urethra satisfactionis kept somewhere to the advancing gradually type, but expands defeat person's line narrow section ofurethras through the urethra more than 6 moons after the method and incises urethra method taking shape.
