胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的研究短期的胰岛素泵持续皮下输注短效胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将72例2型糖尿病患者分为两组：治疗组38例采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注胰岛素治疗（CSII），对照组34例采用常规多次胰岛素治疗方法（MSII），分别对治疗前、治疗中、疗程完成后和治疗后3个月患者的相关指标进行对比研究。结果治疗组在血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率、血糖控制理想度、尿微量白蛋白、血脂的改善等方面均优于对照组。结论2型糖尿病及早开始胰岛素泵强化治疗，能迅速纠正糖脂毒性，使部分初发的2型糖尿病患者在较长时间不用药物治疗情况下达到良好糖代谢水平，对于基础血糖较高，病程较长的2型糖尿病患者可以有效控制患者血糖在理想水平，并在改善并发症的发生和发展方面明显优于常规胰岛素方法治疗的患者。

Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion for type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the effect of short-term continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion （CSII） intensive treatment with insulin pump on type 2 diabetes. Methods 72 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups. Patients in therapy group （n=38） were treated with CSII. Patients in control group（n= 34） were treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injection（MSII）. Data of two groups before and after treatment were evaluated. Result The time for achieving target BG, hypoglycemia incidence, plasma glucose, 24h urinary albumin, and total cholesterol in therapy group were lower than that in control group. Conclusion CSII is superior to MSII in controlling BG with time and complications for type 2 diabetic patients.
