| 摘 要： | 目的：观察左氧氟沙星注射液治疗呼吸道感染的疗效。方法：对75例呼吸道感染患者分别用左氧氟沙星和氧氟沙星治疗的临床资料进行分析。结果：左氧氟沙星注射液治疗组治疗总有效率为92．5％，细菌清除率为89．5％；氧氟沙星注射液对照组治疗有效率为82．8％，细菌清除率为79％。结论：左氧氟沙星注射液治疗呼吸道感染疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection in treatment of respiratory infection.Methods:The clinical data of 75 cases with respiratory infection treated by Levofloxacin and Ofloxacin were analyzed separately.Results:The total effective rates in the treatment group treated by Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection were 92.5% and the bacteria clearances were 89.5%.And the effective rates in the control group treated by Ofloxacin were 82.8% and the bacteria clearances were 79%.Conclusion:The curative effect of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection in treatment of respiratory infection is better than that of Ofloxacin. |
