中药保留灌肠治疗痔术后病人的护理效果观察

[目的]观察痔疮术后病人常规疗法配合中药保留灌肠的治疗效果。[方法]将68例行混合痔外剥内扎术＋内痔注射术的病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组常规行中药坐浴、TDP灯照射伤口治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药保留灌肠,治疗6d后观察两组病人伤口疼痛、水肿情况。[结果]治疗组病人术后伤口疼痛及水肿发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]常规疗法配合中药保留灌肠治疗痔术后病人可促进伤口愈合。

Observation on nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema for postoperative treatment of hemorrhoid patients

Objective： To observe the curative effect of routine therapy com- bined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema for postoperative hemorrhoid patients. A total of 68 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids external dissection and internal ligation ＋ internal hemorrhoids injection surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group patients routinely received Chinese hip bath, TDP lamp irradiation wound treatment,on the basis of the routine treatment,the treatment group patients received the TCM retention enema, wound pain and edema in two groups of patients were observed after 6 d of treatment. Results：Postoperative wound pain and edema incidence of treatment group patients were lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The routine therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema can promote wound healing of postoperative hemorrhoid patients.
