乳腺癌等中心照射定位技术的改进

摘    要:
目的:分析在没有独立运动准直器或不制作整体挡铅的情况下,采用一种改进的乳腺切线野等中心照射定位技术的优点和精确性。方法:用改进等中心照射定位技术和传统等中心照射定位技术手工计算剂量与计划系统计算的结果进行比较,说明其差异。结果:采用改进后的乳腺切线野等中心照射定位技术手工计算剂量与计划系统计算的结果误差在2%~3%之间,传统的乳腺切线野等中心照射定位技术手工计算剂量与计划系统计算的结果误差在3%~7%之间。结论:在没有独立运动准直器或不制作整体挡铅的情况下,改进后的乳腺切线野等中心照射定位技术是比较精确的定位方法。

Abstract:
Objective To show the strongpoint and accuracy of the improvement on the technique of breast cancer tangent isocenter irradiation orientation.There is not independent jaws or blocks.Method To comparethe the handwork caiculated dose of the improvable technique and the traditional technique with the treatment plan system(TPS).To show their difference.Results The dose of the improvement technique was different from the TPS about 2%~3%.The dose of the traditional technique was different from the TPS about 3%~7%.Conclusion The improvement technique of breast cancer tangent isocenter irradiation orientation is accuracy.There is not independent Jaws or blocks.
