| 摘 要： | 目的：观察射频热凝治疗Bertolotti's综合征的临床疗效。方法：26例Bertolotti's综合征的患者采用第四腰椎脊神经后支及第五腰椎横突尖部射频热凝治疗。结果：(1)视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估疼痛程度，治疗l周后VAS明显降低(P＜0．01)；(2)综合疗效评估，总有效率达88．46％。结论：射频热凝治疗Bertolotti's综合征是一种安全、有效简便的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency coagulation therapy(RFT) for Bertolotti's syndrome.Method Twenty-six patients with Bertolotti's syndrome received RFT on posterior ramus of L 4 nerve and apical segment of L 5 transverse process.Results:(1)The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was reduced significantly one week after the treatment( P <0.01).(2)The effective rate was 88.46%.(3)No obvious side-effect be found.Conclusion RFT could treat Bertolotti's syndrome effectively.It's a safe and simple therapy. |
