螺旋藻对氢化可的松诱导小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的保护作用

摘    要:采用缺口末端标记法研究螺旋灌对氢化可的松诱导的小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡模型的影响,结果显示:螺旋藻高,中剂量组胸腺萎程度,胸腺皮为薄的程度以及胸腺重/体重的变化程度均明显较模型组轻,凋亡细胞数显著低于模型组,提示螺旋藻有抑制胸腺细胞凋亡的作用,为研究螺旋藻对免疫的调节作用提供了实验依据。

Abstract:To study the effects of spiral algae to the mice models of thymus apoptosis induced by efcortelin,the Terminal deoxynucleotidyl Transferase Mediated dUTP Nick End Labeling(TUNEL)was used.The results showed that the degree of atrophie,cortex attenuation along with the thymus weight changes,and the number of apoptosis were obviously lowered in the high or middle dosages of spiral algae groups than that of the model group.It indicates that spiral algae has the inhibitive effects to thymus apoptosis and it provides the experimental basis of spiral algae on immunity regulative effects.
