大鼠去大骨瓣减压术后脑组织S-100B蛋白表达变化的研究

摘    要:
目的研究大鼠重型脑损伤后去大骨瓣减压组(DC组)和非去大骨瓣减压组(NDC组)S-100B的表达变化。方法运用免疫组织化学染色法检测假手术组(SH组)、NDC组和DC组在不同时间点S-100B蛋白的表达。结果 DC组与NDC组S-100B表达呈现双峰趋势,第1个峰值出现在伤后6 h,第2个峰值出现在伤后72 h,NDC组第2峰较高,DC组第2峰较低;NDC组在120 h及168 h S100B表达水平仍较高;NDC组在每个时间点的表达量均高于DC组,48、72、120和168 h 4个时间点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去大骨瓣减压能够减轻继发性脑损伤。

Abstract:
【Objective】 To research the expressions of S-100B between decompressive craniotomy group(group DC) and non decompressive craniotomy group(group NDC) after severe brain injury in rats.【Methods】 The expressions of S-100B protein were measured by immunohistochemical staining in sham-operated group(group SH),group NDC and group DC at different time points.【Results】 There were two peaks for S-100B expression in group NDC and DC.One peak appeared at 6 h after brain injury,the other appeared at 72 h.The second peak was higher than the first one in group NDC and contrary in group DC.Expression of S-100B was still high in group NDC at 120 h and 168 h.At any time point there were more positive expression in group NDC than DC and the differences were significant at 48 h,72 h,120 h and 168 h(P <0.05).【Conclusions】 Decompressive craniotomy could relieve secondary brain injury.
