精神科护士自尊水平及相关因素分析

目的探讨精神科护士自尊水平及其相关因素。方法采用自尊量表、简易应对方式问卷、一般资料自制问卷对北京市某三级甲等医院201名精神科临床护士进行调查。结果精神科护士的自尊量表得分为(22.53±3.97)分,低于国内常模(28.75±4.86)分,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。单因素分析结果显示,护士年龄与自尊水平呈负相关(r=-0.14,P0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,对精神科护士自尊水平影响因素从大到小依次为年龄、大专学历,共同解释了精神科护士自尊水平总变异的4.5%。结论应采取针对性干预措施,提高护士认知水平,改变护士职业心态,从而提高护士自尊水平。

Self-esteem level of psychiatric nurses and related factors

Objective To explore the self - esteem level of psychiatric nurses and its related factors. Methods Self - Esteem Scale （ SES）, Simplified Copying Style Scale （ SCSQ）, and a self - designed general information questionnaire were used to investigated 201 psychiatric nurses from a 3 A - level hospital in Beijing. Results The mean score of SES of psychiatric nurses was （22.53 ±3.97 ） , significantly lower than the national norm （ 28.75 ± 4.86） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Single -factor analysis results showed that the level of nurses age and self- esteem was negatively correlated （r = -0.14 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of the self- esteem were age and the education level of college in the descending order,which accounted for 4.5% of the total variance. Conclusion The targeted intervention should be implemented in psychiatric nurses to improve their cognitive level and change their work mentality, so as to enhance their self - esteem level.
