| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳导管造影在溢液性乳腺病变中的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析78例乳腺导管系统疾病的造影资料,病例均经临床、乳导管造影检查及病理证实。结果肿瘤性疾病占61.5%(48例),以导管内乳头状瘤最多见,占57.7%(45例);非肿瘤性疾病占38.5%(30例),以导管扩张伴慢性炎症最多见占26.9%(21例)。结论乳导管造影对溢液性乳腺病诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of galactography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast lesions with nipple discharge. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the galactographic materials of 78 cases. All cases were proved by clinical,galactograpy and pathology. Results Tumorous diseases accounted for 61.5% （48cases） In this group, intraductal papilloma was the most common（57.7 %, 45 cases） . Non - tumorous diseases accounted for 38.5 % （30 cases） In this group, mammary ductal ectasia with chronic mastitis was the most common （26.9%, 21cases）. Conclusion Galactography might be an important method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast diseases with nipple discharge. |
