平面导板治疗颞下颌关节病的临床观察

目的探讨上颌平面导板治疗颞下颌关节病的临床效果。方法采用随机原则,选择面下1/3短的颞下颌关节病的患者113例;其中治疗组58例行平面导板联合局部理疗;对照组55例仅行局部理疗。结果治疗1个月后治疗组有5例痊愈,对照组没有1例痊愈;2个月后治疗组有25例痊愈,对照组有10例痊愈;3个月后治疗组有30例痊愈,对照组有10例痊愈。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论上颌平面导板能有效地治疗低角度的颞下颌关节病。

Clinical observation of the plane plate in the treatment of temporomandibular diseases

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects of upper plane plate on temporomandi-bular diseases.Methods 113 patients that had 1/3 short-face of temporomandibular diseases were selected in this study. Among them 58 cases were subjected to upper plane plate and partial physical treatment as treatment group55 cases only partial physical treatment as controlled groups.Results 5 cases had recovered completely later 1 month after the treatment 25 had recovered completely later 2 months,30 cases had recovered completely later 3 months in treatment groupswhile in controlled group there were 0,10,10cases respectively.There was significant difference between the treatment groups and the controlled groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Upper plane plate could cure the low angle temporomandibular diseases availably.
