| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT在肺癌术前诊断及分期的应用价值。方法 搜集 2 0例采用螺旋CT检查经手术或穿刺病理证实的肺癌分析其CT表现。结果 术前CT诊断与TNM分期符合率 90 % (1 8/ 2 0 ) ,CT较病理分期偏高。结论 CT与病理分期有较高的符合性 ,对指导临床医师合理选择和设计治疗程序 ,如手术或放化疗等具有重要意义 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the practice value of CT in the preoperative staging and diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods CT findings in 20 cases with surgically or puncture pathologically proved lung cancer were analyzed. Results Agreement in staging of preoperative CT and pathology was found in 90% (18/20) , though the staging with CT was a little bit higher than that with pathology. Conclusion It should be important clinical significance to provide doctors with diagnostic strategy and technique selection for lung cancer since CT staging is well compatible with pathological staging. |
