农村失独老人参与“一对一”家庭医生签约服务的意愿分析——基于陕西清涧县、长安区、南郑县三地的调查

目的:为了给农村失独老人长期慢性病就医难问题提供帮助,结合我国正在推行的家庭医生签约服务制度,提出“一对一”家庭医生签约服务模式。方法:在对失独老人进行分组后,组建了“一对一”医护团队,形成了具体的实施方案;并运用模糊层次分析法对陕西三地农村失独老人参与“一对一”家庭医生签约服务的意愿进行了分析。结果:大部分农村失独老人比较愿意参与此模式。结论:此家庭医生签约服务模式对农村失独老人就医难问题的解决有一定帮助作用,也为我国家庭医生签约服务制度的具体化提供了实践经验。

A Study on the Inclination of the Elderly in Lose the One-child Rural Areas for One-for-one Family Doctor Agreement Service-Based on the Investigation of Qing jian,Chang'an and Nan zheng in Shanxi Province

Objective In order to provide assistance for the difficulties of getting medical service among the lost only-child old man in rural areas who suffer from chronic disease,the"one-to-one"family doctor contract service model is proposed combining with the family doctor contract service system being implemented in our country,Methods After grouping the lost only-child old man,a“one—to-one”medical and nursing team is set up to form a specific implementation plan.The willingness of the lost only-child old man to participate in the one-to-onev family doctor contract service in three rural areas of Shaanxi Province is analyzed by using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP).Results The result indicates that most of the lost only-child old man are inclined to engage in this agreement pattern.Conclusion This study provides assistance for solve the difficulty of getting medical service among the lost only-child old man who suffer from chronic diseases in rural areas,it also supplies practical basis for the embodiment of family doctor agreement service system in our country.
