2016-2018年四川省大骨节病病情监测结果分析

目的掌握四川省大骨节病病情现状和消长趋势,为大骨节病防控提供科学依据。方法2016-2018年在23个、11个和13个病区县开展大骨节病病情监测工作,监测覆盖全省32个病区县,每个县抽取5个病区乡(不足5个者全部抽取),在每个病区乡抽取3个病区村作为调查点(不足3个者全部抽取),对调查村全部7~12岁儿童进行临床检查和右手正位X线检查,按照《大骨节病诊断》标准(WS/T207-2010)进行临床和X线诊断,统计检出率。结果2016-2018年,全省临床I度及以上患者检出率均为0,平均X线阳性检出率分别为0.06%、0.12%和0;以县为单位统计的X线阳性检出率为0%~0.55%,以村为单位统计的X线阳性率为0%~2.94%(1/34);X线阳性均为干骺端改变。结论四川省大骨节病病区儿童病情均保持消除水平。

Analysis of Monitoring Results of Kashin-beck Disease in Sichuan Province From 2016 to 2018

Objective To understand the condition and trend of Kaschin-Beck disease(KBD)in Sichuan province,in order to provide the scientific basis for its prevention and control.Methods From2016 to 2018,the monitoring work of KBD was carried out in 23,11 and 13 counties respectively,covered 32 epidemic counties in the province.Five epidemic towns in each county were selected(if less than five,all were selected),and three epidemic villages in each town were selected as the investigation sties(if less than three,all were selected).All children aged 7-12 years old in the investigated villages were clinically examined and X-ray examined.The clinical and X-ray diagnosis was in accordance with the standards of Kaschin-Beck Disease Diagnosis(WS/T207-2010),the detection rate was calculated.Results From 2016 to 2018,no clinical cases was detected,the average X-ray positive detection rate was 0.06%,0.12% and 0,respectively.The positive X-ray detection rate was 0% to 0.55% in counties and 0% to 2.94%(1/34)in villages.All X-ray positive samples were the metaphysis changes.Conclusion The condition of children in the KBD epidemic areas of Sichuan province remains eliminated.
