特拉唑嗪联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压病人临床观察

目的探讨特拉唑嗪联合硝苯地平治疗晨起血压高的原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法将40例晨起血压高的原发性高血压患者随机分成2组,治疗组（特拉唑嗪联合硝苯地平治疗组）20例,对照组（硝苯地平治疗组）20例,2组治疗均为4周。治疗前后监测血压、肝肾功能、血脂、血糖等。结果治疗组显效15例、有效4例、无效1例,总有效率95%;对照组显效10例、有效5例、无效5例,总有效率75%。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,2组对肝肾功能、血糖无不良影响,而治疗组对血脂有改善作用。结论特拉唑嗪联合硝苯地平降压疗效显著,平稳,安全可靠,并且能改善血脂,优于硝苯地平单药加量治疗。

Clinical observation of Terazosin and Nifedipine on patients with essential hypertension

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Terazosin and Nifedipine on 40 patients with essential hypertension.Methods 40 cases in patients of essential hypertension who had early morning high blood pressure were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（nifedipine terazosin combined treatment group,20 cases）and the control group（nifedipine treatment group,20 cases）,two sets of treatment were 4 weeks.Before and after treatment blood pressure,liver and kidney function,blood lipids,blood sugar were checked.Results 15 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 95%; 10 cases were markedly effective,5 cases,were effective and 5 case was ineffective in control group,and the total effective rate was 75%.Efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than the treatment group（P〈0.05）.There were no adverse effects on liver and kidney function,blood sugar in both groups,while blood lipids were improved in the treatment group.Conclusion Terazosin combined with nifedipine provided a significant, stable,safe and reliable antihypertensive efficacy,and improved blood lipids,which was superior to nifedipine monotherapy plus the amount.
