| 摘 要： | 目的观察硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊与传统方法治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法将100例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者按1∶1随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,比较两组的治愈率及有效率。结果两组停药后1周,观察组、对照组的总有效率分别为98%、76%(P<0.05)。两组用药1个月,月经干净3～7 d后,观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为96%、70%(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效显著,且无明显毒副作用,安全、方便,是治疗妇女外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of nifuratel nystatin vaginal capsules and conventional method in treating women with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods 100 exceptional shade of road candida patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The effective rates of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 98% and 76%(P<0.05)at 1 week after treatment;the effective rates of the two groups were 96% and 70%(P<0.05)at 3～7 d after clean(medication for 1 month).Conclusion Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule is effective,safe and convenient in treating VVC,with no apparent side effect,it is an ideal method for treating VVC. |
