| 摘 要： | 目的:观察薄荷、菊花、前胡三味辛凉归肺经中药水提取物对肺阴虚模型小鼠的影响。方法:灌服甲状腺片7d,烟熏20min/d,连续8d,造肺阴虚小鼠模型。灌胃给予薄荷、菊花、前胡水提物,连续给药15d。试验期间,观察小鼠的一般行为学、体重、测量肛温、面温、抓力、自主活动。结果:薄荷、菊花、前胡水提物均可提高肺阴虚小鼠的抓力、活动次数,降低肛温;薄荷、前胡水提物降低肺阴虚小鼠面温;薄荷水提物能提高肺阴虚小鼠的体重。结论:薄荷、菊花、前胡同为辛、凉归肺经中药,可显著改善肺阴虚证之形体消瘦、面红、体倦乏力等,这为探讨"辛凉归肺经"中药的共同作用规律提供了一定参考。 |
