| 摘 要： | 目的探讨飞行人员眼外伤患者的临床心理干预对提高治疗率和降低并发症的作用。方法回顾性分析1965年5B～2007年5月在我院收治的61例（62眼）飞行人员眼外伤患者通过及时心理护理后的临床愈后状况与护理资料。结果视力1．0以上51眼，占82．2％，治疗前视力0．1以下11例，治疗后视力无明显恢复4例，其中视力0．05有1例，无光感2例，眼前手动1例。结论加强心理护理在眼外伤治疗恢复中有重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the curative and nursing effect on the pilots with cervical spondylosis due to high acceleration （G）. Methods 93 pilots were divided into two groups according to the aircraft type flown by the individual： study group containing 49 pilots in jet aircraft and control group including 44 pilots in turboprop aircraft. All of them were managed by means of Feng＇ s manipulation and systematical nursing. Results The cure rate （40.8%） in cervical spondylosis of the pilots in jet aircraft was lower than that （63.6%） of the pilots in turboprop aircraft （χ2= 3.92, P〈0.05）. |
