| 摘 要： | 医院所处的外部环境充满着许多不确定因素,但机遇与挑战往往并存,这要求医院不断调整它的战略和资源配置,以满足日益变化的市场需求。本文以某综合性三级甲等医院为例,分析和阐述了医院在面临挑战时,如何通过战略规划与预算的调整,实现新的战略布局,维持经济的平稳发展。

| Abstract: | The exterior environment of hospital is full of many indetermination factors, but opportunity and challenge always come together, this requests a hospital to adjust its strategy and resources continuously in order to satisfy the demands of market. Taking a class Ⅲ comprehensive hospital as an example, this thesis discussed, when facing challenges, how a hospital can carry out its new strategic layout and maintain economic development steadily by adjusting its strategic planning and budget. |
