硝普钠治疗65例高血压急性左心衰竭的临床疗效

目的观察硝普钠治疗65例高血压急性左心衰竭的临床疗效。方法130例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用硝普钠治疗,对照组采用硝酸甘油治疗。结果采用硝普钠的治疗组在临床症状缓解率、呼吸、心率、血压等方面均在治疗后较对照组明显改善,差别具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论硝普钠是治疗高血压急性左心衰竭的有效药物,但须采取严格控制措施保证其安全有效地使用。

Clinical Efficacy of 65 Cases of Hypertensive Acute Left Heart Failure Treated with Sodium Nitroprusside

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 65 cases of acute left heart failure with high blood pressure treated with sodium nitroprusside.Methods 130 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(65) and control group(65):patients were treated with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment group but with nitroglycerin in the control group.Results The patients in sodium nitroprusside treatment group improved more remarkably after treatment in clinical remission rate,respiration,heart rate,blood pressure and so on than in the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P <0.01).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside is an effective drug for treatment of hypertensive acute left heart failure,but strict controlled measures must be taken to ensure its safe and effective use.
