| 摘 要： | 目的研究缺血性脑卒中患者血清hs-CRP的影响因素。方法选择缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象（ISS组），以正常人为对照组（CON组），分析两者间hs-CRP的差异及与临床病理因素的关系。结果ISS组患者血清hs-CRP显著高于CON组。缺血性脑卒中患者血清hs-CRP在性别、年龄、脑卒中部分及分布中的差异无统计学意义（P均〉0．05），在吸烟史、高血压史、糖尿病史、TC、TG、LP（a）、LDL和HDL中的差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论缺血性脑卒中患者血清hs-CRP显著高于正常健康人，与吸烟史、高血压史、糖尿病史及血脂密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influencing factors of hs-CRP in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Patients with ischemie stroke （ISS group） and healthy people （CON group） were chosen for study, the differences of hs-CRP and correlation were analyzed. Results The hs-CRP in ISS group was significantly higher than in CON group （P 〈 0.05）. The hs-CRP in smoking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, TC, TG, LP（a）, LDL and HDL showed statistics signifieanees（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The hs-CRP in patients with schemic stroke is significantly higher than in healthy people, which correlates with smoking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes and lipids. |
