| 摘 要： | 目的观察甲钴胺联合前列地尔对糖尿病周围神经病变症状的改善情况。方法将90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组50例给予甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗；对照组40例给予甲钻胺治疗；两周为一疗程。结果治疗后治疗组神经症状及TSS评分均优于对照组。结论甲钴胺与前列地尔合用较单用甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the mecobalamin combined alprostadil improved the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods All of 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group, the treatment group 50 cases the Meeobalamin alprostadil treatment; control group of 40 patients with meeobalamin; two weeks for a course. Results After treatment, the treatment of patients with neurological symptoms and TSS score were better than those in control group. Conclusion Methylcobalamin alprostadil combination than alone Methyleobalamin treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. |
