VitB2联合蒙脱石散、葡萄糖酸锌用于手足口病口腔疱疹的护理干预

目的探讨VitB2联合蒙脱石散、葡萄糖酸锌用于手足口病患儿口腔疱疹的护理效果。方法将148例合并有口腔疱疹的手足口病患儿随机分为观察组70例和对照组78例。观察组采用0．9％氯化钠溶液清洁口腔后，用VitB2联合配制液直接涂于疱疹面；对照组用0．9％氯化钠溶液清洁口腔后，用金喉健喷雾剂直接喷于疱疹面。观察两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组在临床疗效、患儿进食后哭闹、流涎等方面均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论VitB2联合配制液用于手足口病患儿口腔疱疹的护理效果显著，可缩短疗程，用法简单。值得临床推广。
