非糖尿病孕妇分娩巨大儿的相关因素及围产儿结局

目的探讨非妊娠糖尿病孕妇发生巨大儿的相关因素及围产儿的结局情况。方法选择我院进行非妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩的巨大儿资料进行回顾性的分析，与同期分娩的无合并症产妇正常体重儿资料进行对比。结果孕妇宫高、腹围、胎儿双顶径≥9．6cm、股骨长≥7．6em、腹围≥37cm、肥胖、体重增加≥20奴，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组剖宫产、产后出血、发生软产道裂伤、新生儿产伤、新生儿窒息较对照组增多，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论加强非糖尿病孕妇围生期的保健管理工作，产前正确地预测巨大儿并选择合适的分娩方式，对降低剖宫产率及减少母婴并发症具有重大意义。

Non diabetes related factors of delivery of fetal macrosomia and perinatai outcome

Objective To explore non-gestational diabetes pregnant women a huge child-related factors and perinatal outcome. Methods The childbirth non-pregnant women with gestational diabetes childbirth the huge children in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed childbirth without complications, maternal same period of normal weight children data were analyzed. Result Pregnant women palace, abdominal circumference, biparietal diameter ≥9.6 cm, femoral neck （L）≥7.6cm, abdominal circumference ≥37 cm, obesity, increased body mass ≥20 kg difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group cesarean bleeding after production, the occurrence of soft birth canal laceration, neonatal birth trauma, neonatal asphyxia compared with the control group sectional difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the management of non-diabetic pregnant women, perinatal health, prenatal correctly forecast the the enormous children and select the appropriate mode of delivery of great significance to reduce the cesarean section rate and reduce the incidence of maternal complications.
