| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维缃咆生长因子外用溶液（商品名；贝复济）治疗压疮的效果。方法对66例压疮患者分为观察组32例和对照组34例。对照组采用一般治疗和护理，观察组采用贝复济治疗压疮并采取相应的护理措施。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组有效率96，9％，对照组有效率70．6％，贝复济治疗压疮有良好疗效。结论贝复济治疗压疮方法简单，实用性强，效果显著，可使患者痛苦减轻。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor on pressure ulcer, Methods Sixty-six cases with pressure ulcer were divided into two groups the experiment group （32 cases） and the control group （34 cases）. The patients in control group undergone conventional nursing intervention, meanwhile, the patients in experiment group undergone conventional nursing intervention plus recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor. Results The ratio of efficiency was 96.9% in experiment group, however, it was 70.6% in the control group. Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor is simple, practical and effective in pressure ulcer. In addition, it can allay pressure ulcer. |
