综合护理干预对结直肠癌根治术患者疼痛的影响效果观察

目的探究结直肠癌根治术后有患者出现痛感时采用综合性护理干预对其的影响。方法选取98例在我院做过结直肠癌根治手术的患者，平均分成两组。对照组49名患者进行普通护理。实验组49名患者进行综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理后的身体痛感反应情况，以及观察护理后两组患者对护理工作的满意度情况。结果两组患者经护理后，实验组患者手术疼痛程度明显低于对照组，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且实验组患者轻度疼痛评分（2．43±1．02）分、中度疼痛评分（4．10±1．21）分、重度疼痛评分（7．32±1．26）分明显低于对照组的轻度疼痛评分（2．87±1．11）分、中度疼痛评分（5．53±1．44）分、重度疼痛评分（8．84±1．12）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组患者对护理工作的满意度（93．88％）明显高于对照组（61．23％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预比普通护理更能有效减轻结直肠癌根治术后患者的疼痛，通过综合护理干预加快了患者的康复，提高了患者的生活质量，同时也提升了患者对护理工作的满意度。在临床上可以将综合护理干预广泛应用于缓解结直肠癌根除术后患者的疼痛。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pain of colorectal cancer radical resection patients

Objective To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients＇ pain after colorectal cancer radical resection. Methods Chose 98 cases of patients who had colorectal cancer radical resection at our hospital and divided them into the control group and experiment group, each of 49 cases. Proceeding ordinary nursing care to control group＇s patients, while proceeding comprehensive nursing intervention to experimental group＇s patients. Compared body pain conditions of the patients in the two groups after receiving the nursing care, and observe their satisfaction degree towards nursing care. Results After receiveing nursing care, the surgical pain degree of patients in experimental group was obviously lower than that of control group, had statistics meaning （P 〈 0.05）. And the experimental group＇s patients＇ mild pain score （2.43±1.02） points, moderate pain score （4.10±1.21） points and severe pain score （7.32±1.26） points were evidently lower than control group＇s patients＇ mild pain score （2.87±1.11） points, moderate pain score （5.53±1.44） points and severe pain score （8.84±1.12） points. It had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. And in experiment group patients＇ satisfaction degree towards nursing care was 93.88%, which was evidently higher than the control group （61.23%） had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with ordinary nursing care, comprehensive nursing care can reduce patients＇pain after eolorectal cancer radical resection more effectively. It can not only fasten patients＇ recovery but also improve their life quality, which can improve their satisfaction degree at the same time. Comprehensive nursing intervention can be widely used in clinical to relieve the pain of eoloreetal cancer radical resection patients.
