不同护理模式对老年高血压患者焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响

目的探究不同护理模式对老年高血压患者的焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响，提高患者生活质量。方法回顾性分析我院近两年来收治的患有高血压住院疗养的300位复退军人的临床资料，随机分为治疗组与对照组，均为150例，对照组患者采取传统护理模式进行治疗，治疗组患者采取精心护理的方式。观察两组高血压患者在不同的护理模式治疗后情绪及生活质量的关系。结果经对患者细心地护理后，治疗组患者有130例完全无焦虑抑郁倾向，且有一部分较为严重的抑郁患者转为轻度抑郁。结论细致的护理工作可在一定程度上减轻患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，提高患者的生存质量。

The influence of different nursing mode on quality of life for the elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the influence of different nursing mode on quality Of life for the elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Retrospective analysis of the past two years were suffering from high blood pressure in hospital health 300 answer retreat soldier of clinical material, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, all for 150 cases, the treatment group patients to take care of the way, used the anxiety self-assessment scale （SAS） and depression self rating scale （SDS） and so on to carry on the analysis, observed two groups of patients mood and life quality of the relationship. Results The patients carefully care, treatment group 130 cases of patients with complete without anxiety depression tendency, and some serious depression patients into mild depression. Conclusion Careful nursing work in a certain extent reduce the patient＇s anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life of patients.
