| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对2型糖尿病的影响.方法 在居民健康档案管理中,通过对确诊为2型糖尿病且血糖控制不满意的42例糖尿病患者实施健康教育等综合护理干预,采取自身对照,对护理干预前后的资料进行对比分析.结果 护理干预后患者的血糖控制水平明显低于干预前(P＜ 0.01).结论 开展护理干预可明显提高2型糖尿病患者遵医行为,有利于控制血糖.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on type 2 diabetes. Methods In the resident health archives management, 42 cases of diabetic patients with dissatisfied blood glucose control to implement com- prehensive nursing health education intervention. By means of statistical methods of own control to analyze the data before and after nursing intervention. Results After the intervention, blood glucose control levels were significantly lower than its before intervention （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the compli- ance behavior of type 2 diabetic patients and control blood glucose. |
