热球子宫内膜去除术治疗严重内科疾病所致月经过多12例临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨热球子宫内膜去除术在严重内科疾病导致月经过多中的应用价值。方法对2010年4月。2011年10月因严重内科疾病致月经过多的12例患者在我院施行异丙酚静脉麻醉下的热球内膜去除术。结果手术时间10~40min,平均(19.5±4.5)min;术中出血5~10mL。术后7例患者有轻度腹痛,4例患者有少量的阴道流血,1例患者阴道流血与月经量相当。在患者原有内科疾病没有加重的情况下,无术后并发症现象发生。术后随访3~20个月,4例患者恢复月经,其余患者闭经。结论热球子宫内膜去除术是治疗严重内科疾病所致月经过多病症的安伞有效方法.

Abstract:Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of thermal ballon endonmetrial ablation in the treament of menorrhagia merger serious medical diseases Methods Twelve patients with menorrhagia merger serious medical dis- eases underwent thermal ballon endometrial ablation in intravenous anesthesia with propofol in our hospital between April 2010 and October 2011. Results Operative time was 10 to 40 min,an average of (19.5±4.5) min and estimated blood loss was 5-10 mL. 7 cases had mild abdominal pain,4 cases had manipulus vaginal bleeding, 1 case had the amount of vagina bleeding with menstrual flow. There were no other complications. Original medical disease didn't have the aggravation. Followed up for 3-20 months,4 cases had normal periods with a small amount of menstruation,other cas- es non-menstrual onset. Conclusion Thermal ballon endometrial ablation is safe and efficient method to treat menor- rhagia with serious medical diseases.
