康复护理对高血压脑出血患者神经功能恢复的影响

目的 探讨康复护理对高血压脑出血患者预后的影响.方法 选取140例高血压脑出血康复期患者,依护理方式分为观察组70例与对照组70例,对照组给予神经内科专科疾病常规护理,观察组在专科护理的基础上给予综合康复护理,同时应用FMA评分和BI评分评价两组治疗的效果,应用SF-36生活质量量表关注患者的生存质量.结果 观察组和对照组的FMA评分(49.78±5.91vs 40.61±7.24)和BI评分(56.78±8.60 vs 46.79±10.85)比较,观察组明显优于对照组,观察组患者生活质量明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 康复护理可以提高高血压脑出血患者的治疗效果,同时可以提高患者的生活质量.

The neural function recovery study in cerebral hemorrhage patients with hypertension by rehabilitation nursing

Objective To study the prognosis value in cerebral hemorrhage patients with hypertension by rehabilitation nursing intervention, and to investigate clinical significance. Methods The 140 recovery stage cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the observation group （70 cases） and the control group （70 cases）. The control group applied routine nursing methods, and the observation group applied comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention. The FMA score, BI score and SF-36 scores were analyzed in two groups. Results The scores of FMA （49.78±5.91 vs 40.61_±7.24） and BI （56.78±8.60 vs 46.79_±10.85） were better in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The life quality scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing can improve the prognosis, increase the life quality score in the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, is worthy be applied in clinical treatment.
